Shipping Policy

  • We charge Rs.300 for normal deliveries on all orders shipped to Pakistan.
  • We charge Rs.650 for rush deliveries on all orders shipped to Pakistan.
  • Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan’s National Holidays will be processed and shipped accordingly.
  • The estimated time required to complete your order is between 8 to 10 working days if you are placing a standard order.
  • If you want an expedited delivery then you’ll have to pay rush delivery charges and you will receive your order within 4 to 5 working days.
  • Once you place your order, if you want to cancel it or make any changes to it, make sure to request within 24 hours of confirmation. After that, no cancellation or change is possible.
  • For Islamabad and Rawalpindi: Urgent orders can be delivered within 2 to 3 days, sometimes same day delivery is also possible. (It depends on the situation) Parcels can be sent via bykea or careem, delivery charges will be paid by the client to the rider & the payments of products will be via online bank transfer.
