Standard Order Policy
Shipping
- Delivery time: 15–18 working days
- Delivery charges: Rs. 300 (within Pakistan)
Payment
- 100% advance payment (recommended to avoid newly applied government shipping taxes)
- OR 50% advance + 50% Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Additional government taxes will apply based on the COD amount
- Orders placed on Sundays or Pakistan’s national holidays will be processed on the next working day
- Any changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of order confirmation
- After 24 hours, no changes or cancellations will be accepted
Urgent Order Policy
Shipping
- Delivery time: 5–6 working days (If you need your order more urgently, you may request speed-up delivery, subject to availability)
- Delivery charges: Rs. 650 (within Pakistan, excluding Islamabad & Rawalpindi)
- For Islamabad & Rawalpindi, delivery charges must be paid directly to the InDrive or Bykea rider, depending on the ongoing fare shown on the app
Payment
- Urgent processing fee: Rs. 1000 per set
- 100% advance payment required
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for urgent orders
- Orders placed on Sundays or Pakistan’s national holidays will be processed on the next working day
- Any changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of order confirmation
- After 24 hours, no changes or cancellations will be accepted
Refunds & Returns
All sales are final. Due to the handmade and custom nature of our press-on nail sets, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been confirmed and production has begun.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence at contact@emysartistry.com and we will make it right.
