Shipping Policy
Everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.
Standard Shipping
- Delivery Time: 15–18 working days
- Delivery Charges: Rs. 300 (within Pakistan)
- Free Shipping: On all orders over Rs. 10,000
Urgent / Express Shipping
- Delivery Time: 5–6 working days (subject to availability)
- Delivery Charges: Rs. 650 (within Pakistan, excluding Islamabad & Rawalpindi)
- Islamabad & Rawalpindi: Delivery charges are paid directly to the InDrive or Bykea rider at the ongoing app fare.
- Urgent Processing Fee: Rs. 1,000 per set
Payment Options
Standard Orders:
- 100% advance payment (recommended to avoid newly applied government shipping taxes)
- OR 50% advance + 50% Cash on Delivery (COD) — additional government taxes will apply based on the COD amount
Urgent Orders:
- 100% advance payment required. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for urgent orders.
Order Processing
- Orders placed on Sundays or Pakistan's national holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared with you via WhatsApp.
